Dispatch. Orders are packed and shipped within one to two business days. You get a tracking number when the label is scanned, not when it is printed.
Rates. Standard is $5 and takes three to six business days. Express is $14 and takes one to two. Orders over $50 ship free.
Where we ship. The United States, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and much of the EU. If your country is not at checkout, email us — we can usually sort it.
Duties. International orders may attract import duty or VAT, collected by your carrier on delivery. That is not included in what you pay us.
Packaging. Board, paper and paper tape. No plastic fill.
Small batch means gaps. When a run sells out the buy button becomes a waitlist form rather than an order you wait months for.
