Thirty days, opened or not. If it is not what you expected, email [email protected] within thirty days of delivery and we will refund you. You do not need to return a used product and you do not need to explain yourself.
If your skin reacted. Tell us. We will refund you immediately, and if you are willing to say what you reacted to, that genuinely improves the next formula.
Damaged in transit. Send a photograph and we will replace it or refund it, your choice. No need to send the damaged one back.
How refunds arrive. Back to the original payment method, usually within five business days of us confirming. Original shipping is refunded too.
A product you were afraid to use is not much of a product. We would rather you opened it.
